1.		In the drop menu labelled  'Search Terms 1 to N', select the number of terms you wish to search on, i.e.
		between 1 and 6.
2.		Select from the drop menus according to the number of search terms. e.g. if you wish to search on three terms
		select from the first three drop menus, for four terms select from the first four drop menus, up to six.
3.		Click on the SUBMIT button.
4		On the results page, scroll down until you see the disease syndrome corresponding to the total number, or
		nearest to the total number of search terms. That is the most probable diagnosis.
